Today we're talking about man's body image. That means how man feel about their physical appearance.
Yes, so it's not about fashion, the style about clothe they were. It's about how they look physically. And how they think other people view them. So Rob, how do you think I look?

Well, before we explore the subject more, and look some related vocabulary. Let's work out with the question. It's about a survey on man's body image. In the survey by the university of Western England, what percentage of men said they were unhappy about their body. Is it
a) 20 percent.
b) 55 percent.
c) 80 percent.
I think men are actually quite concern with their body image, I'm going to say 80 percent.

Worrying about things like their weight, their size and their body shape. But men also have bodily expectations. In other word, a few of how they think they should look. So Mob, where is the vanity come from.
Vanity, it's a good word. That's when you are too interested in yourself and specially interested about how you look. You know spending lots of time in front of the mirror. I supposed it from pressure or influence from people we see on TV or in magazines. People have a perception of believe of what the perfect body should look like.
Yes. So TV and magazines are full of pictures of men with perfect packs. That's a chest muscle and perfect hair and dazzling white teeth but a bit like XXXXXX.
It's my type. Well I like to look fit healthy. Big muscle suntans really suite. But the biggest thing I have the moment is my beer belly. You know my stomach is getting a bit too fat. And that something not to blow off.

Well, some men cheats to try and achieve perfect physical they either take certain drugs or drink, protein drinks. And then there is a muscle enhancing shirt. That is a party shirt you wear under your clothes to make you look more hunk. You know strong muscly. So come on Finn, you must have on of those.

And XXXX and he is a author of former editor of Man's fitness magazine. He thinks they are waste of time. So what word does he use to describe wearing a party shirt and what does he suggest men should really doing to improve body image.
A lot of people now are base. They are off the way. It's really issue in the UK. And it's not going to fitness and healthy gymnast. We should think much of it. I think we should really show to the people still want short their cut when it doesn't taking awful of effort to take the gym or go for a work and man do it more exercise.

That's easy, isn't it. Do more exercise. More run cycle or go to the gym. Of course body image is about how you think you should look. And I think the best approach is to except how you look. We don't want to all look the same anyway.
