Today we're going to talk about very serious topic - bullying. And you're going to learn some vocabulary related to this topic.
It's a very serious matter because it can leave people traumatize.

To be considered bullying, the behavior has to be intentional which means has plan or deliberate.

At the end of the day, as a target feel as it is, there bully being bullied. The quotation needs to make sure the addressing of feeling. If your supervisor or your subordinate says, they have being bullied by you or abused by you. While you may not feel you're doing that, it's your responsibility to communicate to make sure that they're getting the accurate perception of your behavior. Being knowing as bully is a signal that nobody or cooperation want.
